Check-In and Pick-Up Policies
When Dropping Off
- Check in at any of our computer stations to check in all your children at once.
- Please let the greeter know of any (new) special instructions for your child. It will be printed on your child's nametag each week until you change it.
- Attach the child's nametag in a visible place on your child.
- Keep your claim tags somehere safe. You will need one of them to pick up all your children. Do not give your tag to a Zone Leader.
- If you are needed to return to your child’s classroom, we will put your child’s unique claim tag code on the screen in the main auditorium or buzz your personal cell phone if it is on file with us.
When Picking Up
- Have your claim tag available. Do not surrender the tag to a Zone Leader.
- Return the pager to the child's classroom.
- Children will only be released to those with a corresponding claim tag.
Class Time
Each weekend, preschool children attend their Children’s Bible Class in a classroom with age-appropriate toys and activities. At some time during the morning’s service, the leaders in the class take the children to attend a program called The Island. There the kids enjoy great music, puppets and storytelling.
In the class, the children also participate in other activities such as Bible Stories and playtime.
Please let one of the leaders in the class know if your child is not allowed to have the day’s snack. The menu of snacks served in The Zone consists of very safe, kid-friendly, low-allergy-risk choices. Contact us for specifics.
