Christiaan VandenHeuvel

Christiaan VandenHeuvel joined Cornerstone Fellowship in 2001 as the Pastor of The Zone, Cornerstone's Children's Ministry. He attended Liberty University and has been working in children's ministry for the past 14 years. A native of The Netherlands, Christiaan and his wife Kristina have two children, Mariana and Jack. Christiaan leads the children's ministry team and sets the pace and vision for this ministry.

Collin Lucas

Collin is the Director of Operations and is part of the senior management team at Cornerstone. Prior to working at Cornerstone, Collin was an I.T. manager and management consultant with experience in Product Development and Project Management. Collin and his wife Denise have 4 children, Jonathan, Megan, Jack and Katie.

Debbie Alsdorf

Debbie Alsdorf has served as the Director of Women's Ministries at Cornerstone Fellowship since 1997. Debbie is the founder of Design4Living Ministries, and is in demand as a conference and women's group speaker, both locally and nationally. She is the author of a popular women's bible study series used across the country, "Steadfast Love,"Living Love," and "Restoring Love" ( David C. Cook). Her personal story and teaching on Psalm 139 will be released in Feb. 08, in her newest book, "Deeper, living in the reality of God's love."(Revell) She and her husband Ray have a blended family of four adult children. Debbie's passion is for women to know God intimately and live in the fullness of His love and grace.

Diane Linse

Diane Linse is Director of New Hope Ministries and has been a part of New Hope since the beginning in 1998. The ministry was birthed in an effort to help the Pastors with the many calls that were coming in for prayer, encouragement, and counsel. Since then, through the grace of God, New Hope has developed into a sizable counseling/support & recovery ministry that is available to anyone in the community seeking help. Diane’s passion of offering hope to the broken hearted has been such a blessing to her, as she continues to serve God in the ministry.

Joe Honzik

Joe joined the Cornerstone staff in August of 2003 and now serves as Cornerstone's Director of Finance. After graduating from the University of the Pacific in 1996 with a bachelors in Music Business, he worked in the Christian music industry as well as for an international relief and development agency before coming to Cornerstone.

John Gilpin

John has been on staff at Cornerstone since 2004 and he currently serves as the Director of Missions. John earned his MBA at UCLA and for 20 years at LLNL as CFO before retiring in 2004. John and his lovely wife Gail have lived in Pleasanton since 1984. They have one daughter, Laura and a son-in-law, Erik.

John Paladini

John joined us as an Associate Pastor in 2002. He brings years of practical experience as a pastor to serve the people of Cornerstone. John serves as our Director of Facilities and Office Manager. John also leads our Ushers, Greeters, Communion and Security Teams. Please let him know how he can best serve you and your family. John and his wife Andrena have three grown children: Matthew, Monica and David.

Josh Jonas

Josh is the Director of Caregiving and comes to us with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation. Josh also completed Cornerstone Fellowship's School of Ministry as second in his class. There were only two School of Ministry graduates that year. Josh’s passion is to build relationships, raise up leaders, and make the Bible come alive. Josh is married to his best friend Kelly. They have two children Taylor, and Joseph a.k.a. Jo Jo.

Kim Dunn

Kim has been part of the Cornerstone family since 1998. She has the pleasure of serving in her passion; making sure you get plugged in! Whether you are looking to serve and make a difference, join a small group or just find out more about Cornerstone – she is the woman to call! Kim is thrilled to be married to her high school sweetheart. They love spending time with their two wonderful children, who are each married to amazing people. It’s one big happy family (Thank you, Jesus!).

Mark Calcagno

Mark Calcagno serves as the Senior Executive Pastor of Cornerstone Fellowship, focusing on serving the pastoral staff and is part of the senior management team. Mark's primary passion is developing leaders and helping people discover a vital relationship with God. Mark is a graduate of UC Davis and is currently pursuing his MDIV through Fuller Seminary. He and his wife LeeAnn have three children, Angela, Nicole, and Matthew.

Rob Dalrymple, PhD.

Rob has been happily married to his wife Toni for 17 years. They have four children (Justin, Jordan,Jared, McKenzie). Rob has been teaching in various churches, schools, colleges, and seminaries for the past 17 years. For the last three years he served as a Teaching Fellow in NT Greek at Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia and as an Adjunct Professor in New Testament and New Testament Greek at Biblical Seminary in Hatfield, Pa. Rob is currently completing his dissertation for a PhD in NT Hermeneutics and Biblical Interpretation at Westminster Theological Seminary. He has written several scholarly articles and reviews that have been published in leading Christian journals. He has been a guest on local radio programs. He has also presented papers at the annual meeting of the Evangelical Theological Society.

Sara Porter

Sara Porter serves as the Communications Director as well as the Events Coordinator at Cornerstone. Sara’s primary goal is to meet each of the 5 purposes in Communication/Events and communicate the message of Christ creatively to the congregation. Her education includes a degree in Journalism and Photography from Point Loma Nazarene University in 1999, as well as a Certificate in Graphic Design in 2003. Sara also serves as a youth and young adult counselor with our New Hope Ministry.

Scott Haus

Scott Haus joined the staff of Cornerstone Fellowship in 1997 as an Associate Pastor and Lead Worshiper. In addition he currently gives pastoral oversight for the audio and video production teams. Scott's passion is facilitating worship in the life of our church. He and his wife Jennifer have three children, Christian, Savannah, and Raegan.
