Small Group Leadership

What if I want to lead or host a Small Group?

The minimum guidelines for Small Group Leaders at Cornerstone Fellowship are:

  • Leader has accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
  • Leader has been baptized by immersion.
  • Leader has completed Cornerstone 101 class.
  • Leader has made Cornerstone their home church
  • Leader has committed to completing all remaining CLASSES 201-401 within a reasonable period of time.
  • Leader is filled with integrity and committed to moral excellence:
      Hebrews 13:7-8
Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
  • Leader will have small group material approved by staff before starting.

Staying on Topic:
We will strive to stay on topic and keep our conversations biblical always making God our priority during the time we are together. No group member shall dominate the discussion.
