Niel and Alece founded Thrive Africa in 1998. Their mission is to equip and mobilize indigenous leaders to become strategic, Godly influences in their cultural communities. Their vision is to disciple and equip leaders, and strengthen the church in Southern Africa through pastoral development, village discipleship classes, and outreach to the schools.
