Mirek is the IFES coordinator for North Central (post-Communist) Europe. He oversees the development of the work in three Baltic states: Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia, as well as Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and Austria. He is responsible for nurturing student ministry, helping them develop their ministry, and encouraging them to remain evangelistically oriented. Ewa is the ChSA National Director. She also runs a ministry of pastoral care and counseling for female staff and students across the IFES region.
