YWAM (Youth with a Mission)
Don and Denise serve in Taiwan with YWAM. Don is the Base Director for YWAM Tapei, and the East Asia Frontier Missions Regional Director. He also travels extensively, teaching and ministering to their teams on the field.
"The Gospel was brought to Taiwan over 100 years ago but the percentage of Christians in this nation is a mere 2.5%. It is for this reason that we are here. Frontier Missions and reaching the unreached is the heart and soul of our base. It is the driving passion of everything that we do in Taipei Ministries. Our ultimate goal is to see people trained and released into missions."
Ministries include: Discipleship Training School, School of Biblical Studies, Chinese Language Learner Team, University Ministry, and The Rock Coffee Bar.
- Health, safety and wisdom as Don travels and teaches
- Pray for the government to grant visas to new staff coming in
- Pray for wisdom for Josh as he leads a school with seven different cultures represented among the students and pray for their unity.
- Pray for the Rock Ministry, that God would give us many open doors to share the gospel with the lost. We just had over eighty people sign up for classes.
- Pray that God would give all the current YWAM students a heart for the unreached people in Asia, and that we would see them commit to long term service.
